in electric dreams

Hi hun, since you made this available for critique I thought I'd go ahead and do the honour.
First of all let me just say that I love the over all professonalism of this picture. The shading and highlights on your character Haywire look beautiful and the shadow gives the appearance that she's jumping off of the page. Also the hair looks very realistic yet cartoony at the same time which I think is amazing.
Now for the stuff that needs work, I'll try to not be horrible here but the background isn't very flattering. The colours all seem to clash and it doesn't look like you've spent as much time and care on it as you have done on the main character of the picture. Don't get me wrong though I love it, but maybe next time have her either in front of a background with colours that go well together, a plain background or maybe a bit of scenery? I don't know why but I keep imagining her with a city scape in the background.
Overall I love this piece and think you should do more in this style as it's very appealing on the eyes. Keep up the good work Darky and please take my crit into consideration. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
